What is ADHD Coaching, anyway?

           ~ It is about taking time out for yourself, tapping the brakes in order to

take inventory of where and who you are now.  

 

           ~ It’s about making time for your self-awareness to blossom, where you can

reconnect with your choices and celebrate your achievements.

 

           ~ It’s about forming intentional new habits, maneuvering and

overcoming obstacles, creating and achieving goals.

For ME, ADHD coaching is about helping you to navigate and overcome barriers in your life.

and face your obstacles together.

 

            ~ It’s about me trusting that you are naturally a creative,

resourceful and whole person.

 

            ~ It’s about me trusting that you can figure out where you are now

in relation to where you want to be. 

 

            ~ It’s about me coaching you in finding the solutions, creative

and unique ways to cross each obstacle.
