WHO IS YOUR OWN ADHD?
She's Tammy Sanhedrai.
HELLO! I'm Tammy Sanhedrai, an Educator, Life Coach, ADHD Learning Consultant & Workshop Facilitator/Presenter.
After 20+ years of classroom teaching, I decided to shift paths to better align with my passions & interests.
After 31 years living, learning & working in Canada's beautiful British Columbia, I am now newly situated
by the North Saskatchewan River, in awesome Alberta.

How Did I Get Here?

I was diagnosed with ADHD by accident, at the age of 43. Long story...
After my diagnosis, I dove head-first into researching ADHD, certifying as an ADHD Life Coach, and
supporting clients on their ADHD journeys.
Throughout my learning journey, I have discovered enormous amounts
of misperceptions about ADHD, and now strive to replace them with truth, facts & transparency.
I discovered that understanding ADHD was the first step in shifting my lens,
& that a lens-shift can be super powerful. But temporary.
This new lens view will fade into the background as life, emotions & conficts occur, so it's
equally important to be mindful & to remember to apply the new understandings
when experiencing real life environments, dynamics & situations. Not easy.
ADHD mindfulness takes practice & a little bit of help.
I began facilitating professional development ADHD workshops for educators, counsellors & administrators in 2015,
and continue to do so now. As often as possible.
In addition to staff training, I also offer group information sessions & private consultation sessions
with adults, often parents of ADHDers and/or ADHDers themselves.
